We've had such a great time at our first few Soul Socials and we can't wait to gather again.

What's Soul Social?

As women, we thrive in connection with one another—our nervous systems are literally wired for it. When we come together in safe, supportive spaces, we regulate, heal, and expand.

Soul Social is a monthly gathering for down-to-earth, growth-oriented women who value spirituality, healing, personal evolution, and fun! This is a space to build meaningful friendships, engage in deep and nourishing conversations, and simply be—all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Each gathering blends gentle structure with free time:

• We’ll begin with a nervous system-balancing practice or meditation and a collective oracle card reading for insight and inspiration.
• A lighthearted icebreaker will help us connect with ease.
• From there, we’ll flow into either a planned activity or open connection time—space to chat, share, and enjoy authentic sisterhood.

There’s no cost to attend unless a specific activity has an associated fee.
