The Authentic Woman Collective is a community of women who support, love, teach, dance, cry, laugh and love each other through this beautiful mess of a human experience on planet earth school that we're on. Your FULL self is welcome here; we love you.
We embody that we are fully human and fully divine and we approach everything through a lens of LOVE.
We can do hard things and we believe that all things (even the tough things) are happening for us, not to us. It's all about perspective & perception and we are the heroines of our own lives <3 We look within for the answers, we find inspiration and healing in nature, we HAVE FUN & find the joy & the magic.
We share, discuss, & explore various holistic tools for connecting with & loving our authentic selves which includes but is not limited to: connecting with nature, meditation, breathing techniques, Qoya classes (combo of yoga, dance & feminine movement), mindfulness activities, hiking, cyclical living & menstrual work, holistic health classes, essential oil & natural living classes, journaling, divine feminine and divine masculine exploration, connecting to the heart and discussing the teachings of the Christ lineage, oracle cards, animal symbolism, working with the angels & ascended masters, energy work, transmutation work & more <3
