About us
## Who You Are
You’re a high-performing, deeply caring human — thoughtful, capable, and probably a little tired from always holding it all together. You’ve spent years doing what’s expected, keeping things running smoothly, being responsible, being good. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with your deeper Self (yes, capital S).
You’ve tried the “right” things — mindfulness, therapy, self-help, maybe even a training or two — and yet it can still feel like you’re hustling just to feel okay. You’ve been told to “do less,” when what you actually want is to live differently.
This is your invitation to rebel — gently.
To trade performance for presence.
Productivity for play.
Pushing through for listening in.
To breathe again, slow down, and trust your inner knowing.
In this community, we explore what it means to feel both free and held. We talk about boundaries, creativity, nervous systems, relationships, and the art of saying no without guilt. We question perfectionism, make room for humor, and practice resting without having to earn it.
If you’ve been wondering how to build a life that feels peaceful and fully alive — welcome home. You belong here.

## Who I Am
Hi, I’m Leah.
I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and the founder of The Healthy Sensitive. I also co-own Phoenix Rising Family Medicine, where my work focuses on burnout recovery and helping people reconnect with their energy and sense of self.
Beyond the credentials, I’m a deeply sensitive person myself. I know what it’s like to feel everything intensely, to care deeply about others, and to push past your own limits for far too long. I’ve lived through my own seasons of burnout — which is exactly why this work matters so much to me.
My coaching style is grounded in positive psychology and nervous-system awareness. In practice, that means helping people build on their strengths, listen to their bodies, and protect their energy — without hustle, shame, or the constant feeling that they need to be “fixed.”
This community is one way I bring that mission to life: a space for thoughtful, high-capacity humans to come together, unlearn old patterns, and experiment with new ways of living that feel nourishing, sustainable, and true.
I’m really glad you’re here.
