Halloween Spooktacular - multi-model shoot - £45 p/h

At this special event, we will be joined by lots great models in fancy/spooky dress, along with special guest stars, the Steampunks. Even if you've never worked with models before, this is a good opportunity to give it a try with a unique location. The Organisers will be around to help in any way we can, just give us a shout!

The venue makes a superb location for photographs, especially for Halloween, where there is both lots of opportunity inside but also – weather permitting – outside where you will find a graveyard.

Equipment

Ideally, bring along a DSLR or mirrorless camera and fast (i.e. low f-number like f/2.8 or better) lenses. If you have flash units, even better. If you lack the former and latter, we can provide lights for you to use and help in setting them up. Inside is pretty dim, meaning it can be tricky to get good exposures on 'slow' lenses, so extra light helps.

Pricing

The price is a bargain £45 per hourly slot, or grab your place for the whole session for just £115. You can secure your booking with a deposit of £10 per hourly slot, with the balance payable one month prior to the event.
If you would like to book a spot you can pay via bank transfer. Please leave your name, including any business name and a reference to the event. This will help me identify your payment.

I have been told that PayPal now charge members (that's you) a fee for booking directly via the Meetup site. If you would like to avoid this you can pay via the bank transfer which is free of charge (preferred) or use anastaziaathome@gmail.com to pay direct via Paypal. If you let me know that you have booked I will add you to the shoot.

Refunds

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled. When an event is arranged, the booked models have to be paid whether the event goes ahead or not. This also applies to venues. A good deal administration and time goes in to organising the Meetups. Many shoots are under subscribed. When this happens we prefer to go ahead, rather that cause disappointment to all involved. If for any reason you are unable to attend an event, we may be able to offer you a spot, free of charge, on a future shoot. This is at the discretion of the Organiser. We cannot accommodate requests for specific events. An Organiser will notify you of any availability.
