Yoga is every Monday at 6pm. Class open to the community. All are welcome!
What to expect:
Level-1 friendly, mats are provided, class is donation based.
Yoga Mondays offer a grounding, trauma-informed practice designed for all levels. With a focus on accessibility and safety, this class encourages the use of props and modifications to help you explore your physical and inner "edges" at your own pace. After a short check-in, we’ll co-create a practice that flows with the unique energy and needs of the group.
Guiding your journey is Kristin, a dedicated RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with trauma-informed training from Satya Yoga Co-Op (2022). A familiar face at The Karma House since 2021, Kristin has thoughtfully led Yoga & Tea sessions and cultivated a nurturing, inclusive space for all.
