The Karma Community

Yoga is every Monday at 6pm. Class open to the community. All are welcome!

What to expect:
Level-1 friendly, mats are provided, class is donation based.

Yoga Mondays offer a grounding, trauma-informed practice designed for all levels. With a focus on accessibility and safety, this class encourages the use of props and modifications to help you explore your physical and inner "edges" at your own pace. After a short check-in, we’ll co-create a practice that flows with the unique energy and needs of the group.

Guiding your journey on the 1st, 3rd, & 5th weeks of the month is Kristin, a dedicated RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with trauma-informed training from Satya Yoga Co-Op (2022). A familiar face at The Karma House since 2021, Kristin has thoughtfully led Yoga & Tea sessions and cultivated a nurturing, inclusive space for all.

You can bring your own favorites (Magic the Gathering anyone?) or choose from our selection of over 40 classic and quirky games that are already waiting for you! Big games, little games, carboard games - the list goes on and on!

Hosted by game enthusiast Andy, who’s all about bringing people together to share laughs and create memories over a great game, this night is all about fun and community.

Healing Circle at The Karma House
Every other Tuesday | 6–8 PM

Come as you are and settle into an evening of reflection, care, and connection. This circle weaves together practices of divination (tarot), energy work (Reiki), intentional breathing, meditation, journaling, and community sharing. Together, we’ll move through simple but powerful steps to support healing, self-awareness, and alignment with your most authentic self—while also strengthening our connection to one another.
This space isn’t about lofty promises or quick fixes—it’s about tangible care, grounding practices, and steady steps on the journey of healing.

About Sidney
I’m Sidney Shaw, a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience in energy work and intuitive healing. My path has led me to hold space for individuals and communities through Reiki, tarot, and group practices designed to foster connection and authenticity. As Events Manager at The Karma House, I’ve had the privilege of curating spaces that bring people together, and this circle is an extension of that vision—a place where we can heal, reflect, and grow side by side.

These donation-based services (suggested donation $25) invite you to release the layers of societal expectations and reconnect with your authentic self.
