This immersive experience weaves together a one-hour guided meditation with double sound healing, as two sound practitioners create a layered tapestry of vibration around you—crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic instruments resonating in harmony while the guided meditation carries you inward.

The sound works on a cellular level, helping to release energetic blockages, calm the mind, and restore balance, while the meditation invites clarity, focus, and inner peace. Together, they form a transformative space where you can release what no longer serves you and anchor into your most grounded, aligned self.
