RUMBLE (APRIL SERIES)
RUMBLE (APRIL SERIES)
Welcome back to Rumble. This month our focus is to help you climb stronger, descend safer, and move more confidently on hikes. We’ll keep our 4 core stations — feet and calves, engine, climbing strength, and downhill control — so you can actually feel progress over the weeks, not just get through a workout! **Meeting Place:** as seen in the image (Right next to Old Hill Street Police Station; opposite Funan) Accessible via different MRT lines and bus stops 3 min walk from Clarke Quay Stn Exit E **Duration:** 1.5h **Level:** Mixed Levels (but make sure you are physically well before attending) **What to expect:** 1. Warm-up & dynamic stretching 2. Stamina, Stability and Single Leg strengthening exercises with Stairs/Steps :) 3\. Jogging/brisk\-walking between stations **Items to bring/wear** * comfortable sports attire and appropriate shoes * (Arm-length) Towel and water bottle * Most of us will be carrying our bags as part of hike training (you can choose to leave them in your car if you’re driving or bring a small bag) Make sure you are able to run with your bag! (e.g. BACKPACK) **Note:** * In the event of wet weather, the event will be cancelled. However, if it is just a light drizzle, we may still proceed with caution or head to AU office for Signature Indoor Workout. * If you will be late or unable to make it, please inform me in advance (WA +6597318648) or update your RSVP by 8 p.m. the night before so that I can inform the next person on the waitlist. * We’re capping this at **20 pax per session** so it stays focused and manageable. * Priority will go to 2026 AU trip participants and Elite AU club members. If there are slots left, it will be given to members of the publi.c If you’re on the waitlist, it may not move strictly in order as trip participants are prioritised. We will start on time so come at least 5 minutes earlier! If you’ve done Rumble before, you already know what this is about. If you haven’t — come try once. You’ll either love it or hate me slightly. Both are acceptable. Join us for more adventures at: https://bit.ly/3Rv6XrT

[Hiking Series] M'sia - Ophir via Sagil (1,276m): Step-up for a full-day hike!
[Hiking Series] M'sia - Ophir via Sagil (1,276m): Step-up for a full-day hike!
**\*If interested, please whatsapp** [wa.me/+6588842635](wa.me/+6588842635) **or +65 8884 2635! We have limited permits and must be applied in advance. Sign-ups *are only confirmed after contacting us and joining the WA group! \**** Gunung Ledang, or commonly known as Mount Ophir (1,276m) is the highest mountain in Johor and almost the most climbed mountain there. This is a good step-up hike for those who are looking to progress to tougher hikes after Gunung Datuk or are training or preparing for Kinabalu/Nepal etc. **Who is this for?** It serves as a good training or progressive hike for those who wish to do more hiking. Most do it as training for other treks, like Kinabalu, or Nepal. **How tough is it/How fit do I have to be?** It is twice as long as Gunung Datuk. The trek is around 4-5h up and 3-4h down, making it a total of 9h. The total elevation is around 1,000m up and down. It can be quite tiring on your legs. It is generally tropical forest trail, with some rope portions, ladders and rock faces. It can be quite fun to go through the different terrain with the need to use your hands at some points. However, if you have done Gunung Datuk before, the terrain is not that much of a surprise. The tough part is only the duration. This is good for people who have some level of fitness, if not it will be fun for those who are first time in Malaysia! **What happens if I am slow?** There is a 1 guide to 7 hikers ratio. There is also a cut-off timing to the summit, if you fail to make it you will have to turn back! So far everyone I've brought made it =). Do note if you descent past a certain time, there is a penalty. How many pax for the trip to happen? Minimum **12 pax** to start the trip! Once confirmed, a Whatsapp group will be set up. **Estimated Itinerary:** (Saturday) \~12.30 am : Meet @ Marsiling MRT 1.30 – 4am : Transport to Gunung Ledang via Tangkak 5.00 am : Breakfast at Tangkak 6.30am : Tangkak – Gunung Ledang National Park 7.00 am : Arrival @ National Park counter – Registration & Tagging items (checking in) 8.00 am : Start climbing to the top 12.00 pm : Arrive at the peak (safety time at the peak until 2.00 pm) 1.00 pm : Descend back to the base 4.30 pm : Arrive at the park, clear the items and wash up. 5.00 pm : Leave. 5.00 pm – 8.30pm : Dinner at Tangkak and head to Singapore/Dinner (own expense) at JB ***Itinerary is subject to changes based on conditions and group speed and trek leader's discretion*** Price: $165 per pax for all other nationalities Malaysian: $150 Price includes: 2-ways Transport Mountain Guide by the National Park All associated Park Permits/ Fees Mountain Insurance by the Park LMT Trek Leader LMT Info-Kit Price excludes: All Personal expenses/Meals Visa Application (if any) Personal Travel Insurance Other personal expenses/Late Fee for Descent This event is organized by LITTLE MONSTERS TRAVEL PTE LTD Travel Agent Licence No: 03117 Contact : +65 88842635 Email: info@littlemonsterstravel.net Some additional questions: 1. How long is the ride to Mount Ophir A: It takes only around 3-4h from Singapore 2. The journey to Ophir only takes 3 hours, why do we set off so early? A: This is so that we can save money on accommodation/driver cost/taxi to MRT station. This also means there is a lack of sleep, so try to sleep in the vehicle! Bring a travel pillow! 3. Are there shower or toilet facilities at the park? A: Yes there are but basic. Expect using a hose/bucket. Please bring a change of clothes and shower when you are down from Ophir. No smelly people in the vehicle! 4. What do I have to look out for? A: There are mosquitoes and leeches sometimes, depends on the weather. 5. Where is dinner? We would have dinner in Tangkak at a cheap and nice chinese restaurant, if there are dietary concerns there are other options around the area also.

The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. What to Expect • A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup) • Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak • Reflection, listening, and lived experience — not advice-giving • Optional creative reflection alongside conversation • A calm, supportive environment Who This Is For Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change — especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords. Good to Know • No preparation required • If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - it’s optional but invited • Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome • Creative activities are optional

The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge. **Abstract** GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD
