La respiración como herramienta corporal para regularte y transformarte. La respiración es mucho más que una función automática o inconsciente del organismo: es una vía directa de contacto con lo que sentimos y de cómo estamos en el mundo. En esta charla exploraremos cómo la forma en que respiramos influye en nuestro estado emocional, en nuestro nivel de tensión y en nuestra capacidad para estar presentes. Es importante saber cómo respiro, cómo es mi propio patrón respiratorio. Entender cómo es una forma apropiada de respirar y reconocer mi estructura anatómica y funcional. Asumir una cierta responsabilidad y concienciación diaria de la propia ventilación. Practicar técnicas respiratorias junto con el desbloqueo de la tensión corporal para recuperar una respiración funcional y una cierta coherencia en cómo es mi forma de vivir. Todo esto va a impactar e influenciar en la gran mayoría de los sistemas del organismo. La respiración se convierte entonces en una herramienta de regulación y también de autoconocimiento. Se formularán propuestas y mostrarán metodologías para mejorar la respiración y que sea más eficiente, libre y orgánica. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind.
