This venue is definitely biased towards "euro" style games but any and all games are welcome. Members will bring games that they like. Anything that is fun to play and share is welcome!
Don't have a game, don't worry. We've got a decent selection, but you're always welcome to bring a game if you would like. Never played a board game before or it's been 20 years? No problem, we'd be happy to show you how to play. We love beginners, because we were all beginners at one point.

This event is an expansion of the very successful **Movie Mutuals Wednesday Night Networking group** which has grown remarkably, with a weekly turnout of over 50 participants, blending newcomers with regulars to create a vibrant, diverse community.
Whether youâre a writer, actor, animator, or independent filmmaker, come share your experiences, discuss current projects, or chat about favourite films. This event fosters connections among like-minded women, non-binary and gender diverse people, encourages friendships, and opens doors for collaboration.

This is a quiet, self-guided (untutored) space to slow down, create, and spend time alongside others.
Bring your own materials and something youâd like to work on.
Itâs an evening to create unhurriedly in a shared space â to make, reflect, and simply be.
Through art, we hope to create a gentle space for connection, encouragement, and shared presence.
We hope this will become a simple monthly rhythm â a place to keep returning to, to create, connect, and enjoy the process together.

## **Creative Day: Art and Poetry Afternoon**
Looking for a relaxed space to exercise your creativity?
Whether youâre an experienced artist, a casual writer, or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush since school, you are completely welcome here. This is a low-pressure, friendly afternoon designed to help us connect and create together.
### **The Details**
* **When:** Saturday, June 6th from 3:00 PM â 5:00 PM
* **Where:** @Burmese House (303 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC 3121)
**You can participate in one of two ways:**
1. Bring Your Own Project: Have a sketchpad you haven't opened in weeks? A novel you're working on? Or some sewing you're trying to finish? Bring it along and enjoy working on it in good company.
2. Join A Simple Workshop: Want to try something new? Weâll be running casual, self-paced mini-workshops where you can:
* Start a new poetry piece
* Create a hands-on collage
*Note: If you want to try the poetry or collage workshops, don't worry about bringing anything as all poetry and collage materials are provided!*

Whether you are looking to carve out dedicated creative time, wanting to get a lingering project across the finish line, or just looking to chat with fellow local makersâthis is the space for you.

Bring any art or craft project you are currently working on, as long as it is portable and quiet. Think:
* **Yarn & Thread:** Knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, hand-sewing, mending.
* **Paper & Sketching:** Sketchbooks, adult coloring books, watercolors, bullet journaling.
* **Digital:** Tablets, iPad drawing, laptop writing/design.
* *Please note: Because we are meeting in a shared public space, no power tools, sewing machines, or high-odor materials (like strong solvents or spray glues), please!*

Join us at Wyandotte Winery for an **America 250âOhio Homecoming Picnic as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States in true Ohio style!** Throughout July 2026, communities across Ohio are gathering for food, fun, and friendship to honor our nationâs history and reflect on the contributions of Ohioans over the past 250 years.
Our picnic will feature a relaxed atmosphere with food, music, and opportunities to connect with friends.
*BRING*: Guests are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy an afternoon of community celebration.
*FREE EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC*: Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the shop and food trucks.
