They will teach you how to handle conversations in situations such as **"Going to the Convenience Store"**, **"Making Plans"**, **"Negotiating Prices"**, and **"Going out for a Drink"**. To ensure that students get used to using the language automatically, students will learn to maintain contextual conversations with timing before moving on to the next lesson. **Program is also offered in private and online classes**. Mid-Week Eucharist
Mid-Week Eucharist
We are a church community that supports the neighbourhood spiritually and pastorally. Besides the Sunday morning service at 10 am, we also gather in the middle of the week for a simplified Eucharist as we notice some people might be rarely in town on weekends. We worship, pray, read, listen to reflection and receive the Holy Communion together. Whether or not you are a church-goer, you are welcome to join!

Allan Gardens Market & Matcha!
Allan Gardens Market & Matcha!
Did you know that there's a Farmers' Market at Allan Gardens every Saturday? Let's meet for Matcha at 11:00 am at 407 Church St. Then, let's head to the Market (approx. six minute walk) around 12:00 pm. I'll monitor the app for a couple of minutes at the beginning of the event but, after that, I'll be focussed on the attendees :) [Matcha Matcha](https://matchamatcha.ca/) Drinks are around $10 but well worth it! "We believe in the transformative power of this vibrant green tea...Packed with chlorophyll, antioxidants, and the calming properties of L-Theanine, our matcha is more than a beverage; it's a gateway to tranquility." The desserts also look yummy (and, of course, healthy ;) [Allan Gardens Farmers' Market](https://www.friendsofallangardens.ca/saturday-farmers-market) Entrance is free "every Saturday 10am-2pm, year-round. Located in the beautiful [Allan Gardens Children’s Conservatory](https://maps.app.goo.gl/kTV3B2uMjLWBjZkq5) & Teaching Garden. Celebrate local food, community, and sustainable agriculture." \*Please see my comments for updates, as this event is weather and TTC dependent. \*Please update your RSVP if you are no longer able to attend so that others can. Waitlisters, please monitor the page in case you are moved to attending! \*A reminder will be sent a couple of days before the event so that you can confirm your attendance. Members with multiple no-shows or late-cancellations will not be allowed to attend this or my future events.

Wim Hof Method
Wim Hof Method
It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie. If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends. There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years! **What to bring?** * Yoga mat * Weather-appropriate clothing (better to dress too warm!) * Bathing suite, towel * Water shoes (optional) In extreme weather being prepared is very important.
