**Some Practicalities**
1. You will need to purchase your own food and drink on the night. The bill will be split between all of us.
2. When you arrive at the restaurant, say the name of the event host and the restaurant staff will guide you to the Table. If you have any issues please message us.
3. For those on the ‘going list’ and ‘wait list’, a direct message will be sent to you a week before the event. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis when you reply to this message confirming your attendance. We will reply confirming you have a spot.
4. If you can no longer make it, please try to give us 24-48hrs notice.
5. The age range for this event is 18-39.
6. Please note, Paul is the meetup organiser and the hosts at the event will be Vanessa, Josh, Neil and Rachel.

Centro Cultural Capoeira Água de Beber (CECAB) – Capoeira Água de Beber Cultural Centre – is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelê, frevo, ciranda, dança do coco, dança afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship. All the activities realized through CECAB are designated to execution of social responsibility projects, further on the sportive, cultural and artistic activities through the realization of the shows, presentations and events related to Capoeira and Brazilian culture.

Hello everybody, I’m leading a 16.7 km, 700m ascent hike from Crone Car Park up to Maulin over to the tonduffs and back over Maulin on Sunday. Meeting time at 9.30am, we'll head off at 9.40am. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
