Coffee Club

Our sessions take place every Wednesday at 11:00 AM in Nordbahnhof Park. Each gathering includes a gentle yoga flow along with lymphatic drainage exercises designed to support circulation, improve posture, and promote overall health. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga, you are warmly welcome. The sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and suitable for all levels. Join us to move, stretch, strengthen, and unwind in the open air. It’s also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and enjoy Berlin’s vibrant outdoor spaces together. Later we can sit for a coffee at Oslo Cafe (optional) Bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and a positive mindset — and let’s take a pause mid-week. Namaste.

Diese Woche sind wir wieder im Süden der Stadt. Auf nach Neukölln in die Weserstr. Dort besuchen wir erstmalig das 19.77. Wir sind gespannt was uns erwartet.
