We'll also cover microdosing protocols, the ethics of touch and consent in ceremonial settings, how to find and grow your own medicines, and what integration really requires after the journey ends. Whether you're newly curious or already walking this path, this is an evidence-informed, judgment-free conversation for adults who want to navigate this territory wisely. Join us for an hour of relaxing Yoga which. Cost: Free Level: Beginners What we will be doing: 1. This will be an hour long beginners flow yoga class. You are welcome to join if you are experienced or absolute beginner, just being interested is enough. Yoga is for everyone! 2. Through this meetup we will learn some yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretch our body, build strength. More importantly, we will try to learn about our body and find inner peace.
