We'll ride together as a group, either single-file or double-file depending on traffic conditions. This is an interval training ride, meaning we'll push above threshold on the ascents and take it easy on the descents and flat sections. While we wait a few minutes at key points, this is not a beginner ride. Please be prepared to be dropped if you can't keep up with the pace. **Is This Ride for Me?** While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a road bike, and have done rides of similar distance and elevation before. We welcome all newcomers but everyone is expected to be self-sufficient, therefore please bring not only your bike but also sync the route, bring phone, cash and lights. **Safety:** Ride leaders will do their best to keep the group together, moving smoothly and safely at all times.
