Una caminata sencilla para desconectar de la rutina, respirar aire puro y acercarnos a un espacio dedicado a la paz interior. ### **🌱 ¿Qué nos espera?** 🚶‍♂️ **Ruta por el Parc Natural del Garraf** Caminaremos por caminos amplios y senderos de roca blanca, rodeados de encinas y vegetación mediterránea. Un paisaje abierto que invita a caminar con presencia, sin prisas, conectando con la respiración y el entorno natural. 🌸 **Caminar consciente** Durante la ruta practicaremos momentos de atención plena: ritmo suave, escucha corporal y pequeñas pausas para observar, sentir y habitar el momento. 🏯 **Monasterio Budista del Garraf – Sakya Tashi Ling** El monasterio se encuentra en el antiguo **Palacio Novella**, un edificio del siglo XIX situado en un valle aislado del Garraf. Actualmente es un centro de práctica del budismo tibetano, abierto a personas de todas las creencias, dedicado a la **meditación, la sabiduría, la compasión y la paz interior**. Private Group. Closed to the Public Knowing ourselves and understanding our abilities is the first step toward wielding our gifts with control and accuracy. In subsequent classes we will verify and hone our talents with activities and discussion. These are hands-on workshops and participation is expected. The goal of our series will be to develop expertise in areas of particular interest such as mediumship, channeling, divination, healing and, etc..
