Op **21 april 2026** staat de derde editie op het programma: **IMPACT Modernization**.
Een vernieuwde editie, een groter programma ĂŠn twee splinternieuwe breakâout tracks â alles om jou meer verdieping, inspiratie en praktische handvatten te bieden.
We verwelkomen je opnieuw in **Stadion Galgenwaard**, de thuisbasis van FC Utrecht, waar onze experts van Conclusion Xforce samen met partners zoals Dynatrace, Copaco, HashiCorp, Red Hat en Tessell hun visie, strategie en technologie delen. En zoals altijd is IMPACT meer dan een event: het is dĂŠ plek om kennis te halen ĂŠn te brengen in een community vol ITâprofessionals.
**Waarom Modernization?**
Organisaties staan op een kantelpunt. Technical debt groeit, legacy remt innovatie en keuzes stapelen zich op. Modernisering is noodzakelijk, maar wĂŠl een die vraagt om strategisch denken ĂŠn technische scherpte. Daarom introduceren we dit jaar naast de inspirerende sessies ook **twee nieuwe breakâout tracks**, zodat jij precies de verdieping kiest die aansluit bij jouw rol ĂŠn uitdaging.

Daarnaast delen organisaties vanuit ons Conclusionâecosysteem eerlijke klantcases over hun moderniseringsreis: wat werkte, wat niet en welke keuzes echt impact maken.

đśââď¸ ~3 km walk to park, ~3 km in park plus walk to the Proeflokaal De Serre (expect 6-8 km of walking in total)

Bring: sketching gear, water/snacks, foldable chair or blanket to sit on, comfy clothes + extra layer.
Weâll walk together from the station to Gooilust (~3 km), a large park around a mansion with plenty of beautiful spots to draw.
Weâll spend 2â3 hours sketching in the park, with longer, relaxed sessions (30â60 min) and time to explore different views.
Afterwards, weâll walk past a farm (you can buy fresh milk, cheese, yoghurt or kefir â bring a bit of cash if you are interested) and continue to Proeflokaal De Serre for a drink, food, and a toilet break. From there, weâll take the bus (line 6 or 106) back to Hilversum.
No pressure â just draw and enjoy the outdoors đżâď¸
Entrepreneurs Evening - Pub Edition

Weâre back at Mick OâConnells and ready for another strong evening!
Weâve got our own space again. Walk in, turn right at the bar, head past the dart boards, and youâll find us in the side room.
We've introduced a simple rotating format that gives you the chance to actually speak with everyone in the room.
Short, focused conversations, good energy, and a lot more fun than it sounds.
Weâll throw in a few conversation topics to get things going, but how you use the evening is entirely up to you.
Come with intention, or donât. Talk business, find clients, meet future partners, make friends, or just unwind with people who get it.
Weâre all building something, and we all have to roll with the punches.

Summer Social: Let's kick off summer with Adult field day at Shadybowl!
Weâre bringing back Adult Field Day.
Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so weâre doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows.
You donât need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldnât normally talk to.
The goal isnât really winning. Itâs meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up.
If you stick around after, weâll have a potluck, a bonfire, and a couple comedians in the evening.

Join us for an hour of writing! Weâve discovered that itâs strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if itâs true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
