\#\# ⨠**Talk 1:** Scaling Product Methodology from Startup to Scaleup
**Anneli Bartholdy,** Head of Product, UBsend
Most companies fail during the scaleup transition. For businesses whose success depends on digital products, the way Product works through discovery, design, development, and launch can make all the difference.
In this talk, Anneli will walk through the key components of working with Product as a company grows, highlighting the questions, decisions, and actions that need to evolve at each phase. Drawing on case stories from European businesses, she will share where teams often get stuck, and what helps them scale more successfully.
Sheâll cover:
How product ways of working need to evolve from startup to scaleup
What changes across discovery, design, development, and launch
The common risks that can derail product growth
What successful teams do differently during the transition
\*\*\*
\#\# ⨠**Talk 2:** Will AI Kill UX?
**Tobias Jensen,** UX Design Manager, Visma
AI is changing the craft of design at speed, raising big questions about which skills will remain essential and what the future of UX will actually look like.
In this talk, Tobias will tackle those questions head-on, using real-life examples from Visma e-conomic, Denmarkâs largest accounting platform serving more than 270,000 customers. It is an honest look at what is changing, what still matters, and what designers should be thinking about now.
Heâll cover:
Which parts of UX are most under pressure from AI
What skills and practices will continue to matter
How AI is changing the day-to-day reality of design work
What teams can take back into their own organisation

Liberating Structures and Navigating Change

No Data Scientists Were Harmed: ML Inference for Regular Game Devs
Viviane and Xavier are visiting from the Unity Montreal office, and they have kindly offered to give a talk about using machine learning inference in Unity games (actually same talk which will also be given internally)
**Xavier DĂŠsilets** \- Senior Software Developer\, Unity
**Viviane Rochon Montplaisir** \- Senior Software Developer\, Unity
Are you a game dev who keeps hearing words like "tensors" and "logits" and quietly alt-tabs back to your prefab folder? This session is for you.
In the first half, we'll do a fast, practical ML 101 specifically for game developers. We'll cover what tensors actually are (in human language), quantization, how model graphs work, and what to make of different model formats.
In the second half, we'll focus on the decisions you have to make to ship something: how to pick a model size that won't set your players' fans on fire, what formats and hardware are supported, and how to think about speed vs. quality. We'll walk through real-world input and output pipelines. We'll ground this with currently available Unity Sentis samples.
By the end, you won't be a data scientist, but you will know how to choose, run, and wire up ML models at runtime in Unity without breaking your frame budget or your brain.
**Program:**
17:30 - Sandwiches, sodas and mingling
18:00 - Welcome
18:10 - Presentation
19.15 (approx.) - Mingling continues
21:30 - Venue closing

Measuring Greenness, today & tomorrow
Hello all!
To kickstart our Meetup group here I suggest to have a morning meet&greet for those of us available.
I would like to invite you to our office in Bredgade, Copenhagen, and spend 20 minutes on our approach to measuring software greenness and introduce a research project we are part of, led by Aalborg University and Roskilde University: [GREENSQL](https://vbn.aau.dk/en/projects/green-digitalization-starts-in-the-database/).
If you find this interesting, I will work on having the researchers come by our Meetup and give a status on current progress.
That leaves about 40 minutes for discussion and general networking.
If we have a lot of attendees (fingers crossed) I may have to change the location - please suggest alternative locations if you have one.
All the best,
Rasmus
