Is the Design Process Really "Dead"? | Product Management Society x Miro Meetups
***đ Link to registration: [https://luma.com/s8mfiusl](https://luma.com/s8mfiusl)***
Weâre excited to invite you to a special edition of our next meetup - for the first time ever, Product Management Society Berlin is teaming up with Miro đ¤
This session will explore a timely topic: the future of the design process in an era of rapidly increasing production speed. While some chief designers at major companies have declared the design process âdeadâ or no longer fit for todayâs pace, others strongly disagree. What changes when prototypes can be created in minutes? What are the limits? What remains essential?
In the first part, weâll open the floor to different perspectives from across the room. In the second part, weâll work together to explore and shape ideas for a more resilient design process.
Whether you're a PM, designer, or simply curious, youâre very welcome to join the discussion and contribute your ideas.
đ Spots are limited - register on Luma using the link above ^
Looking forward to seeing you there!

We are back in Berlin for **our fourth event of the new year!**
**đŚ WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?**
FTST is a **one-of-a-kind social experience** where strangers come together for an afternoon of meaningful, fun, and deep conversation. Itâs also a different & cool way of meeting new people by getting a bit out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk!
Join us for **games**, **talks**, and **connections** with **friends you havenât met yet**. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you've been in Berlin every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life, this is the place for you. đ
**đ HOW DOES IT WORK?**
We start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds (with 3-4 people). We'll have awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. Youâll never have to speak in public if you donât want to.
**đš HOW TO JOIN?**
**[Take 1 minute to sign up đ](https://luma.com/ftst4berlin)**
đ On your phone and can't click? Click the link in the **comments** :)

**đ WHAT THEY SAY**
đŁ âGreat way to connect with people in a more meaningful way. Get to the heart of the matter, dive straight into what really counts!â - Matthias
đŁ âF\*ck the Small Talk changes the narrative from "Where are you from?" to "When was the last time you laughed uncontrollably?" and I think that's beautiful.â - Monika
đŁ âI loved F\*ck the Small Talk, I was a little bit nervous at first but they are pros at making you feel comfortable with the rest of the group, the activities are really fun and I enjoyed every second (consider that the one who's saying this is very, very shy). Give it a try!â - Brenda
đŁ "Itâs a wonderful experience, itâs like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe youâll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara

Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.**
How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently?
Then we will go into a topic discussion.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
**COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS**

1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group.
2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every manâs truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every manâs perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another.
3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up.
4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to âlook goodâ, have the ârightâ answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space.
5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each otherâs lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable.

AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machineâs?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether youâre deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.
