**The Experience** Let’s kick off the weekend from the highest point in Bugis! **For ages 14 and above.** Rumba is one of the most erotic and sensual of all the Latin dance styles due to its slow rhythms and hip movements that create intense bodily expressions. **For ages 14 and above.** Cha Cha is a fun and lively dance that gets your heart pumping on the dance floor. It's similar to Mambo and Rumba, although it replaces the “slow step” of both dances with a triple step. Stylized strides dominate this dance, along with periodical sharp and staccato movements. Tango’s passionate nature evokes a strong connection to the music, your partner and the audience, a dance that is exciting and often easy to learn. Joe Dispenza Group Meditation \(Face\-To\-Face\) \| 5th July Sunday 9am to 12pm** We have a group of about 500+ people on our WhatsApp who love to come together to meditate as a group using guided meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza. About 20 to 40 people normally meet every 2 to 4 weeks in a Condo function room near Great World City MRT (TE 15). We meditate for about 2+ hours (with breaks in between) using guided meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza. The rest of the time will be spent either sharing and getting to know each other. **Lunch (12pm+) [Optional]** After our session, a group of us would go for lunch. This is optional. While we all have been impacted by Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations and teachings, the interesting thing about this group is that everybody has had their own spiritual journey and have been impacted by various Eastern and Western spiritual and scientific traditions. This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something.
