This event brings together startup founders, builders, and enterprise leaders to explore what it truly takes to make Agentic AI production-ready. Featuring experts from Intel, Moorcheh.ai, and Shyftlabs.io, this focused session presents a complete development stack through technical deep dives, covering both local multimodal architectures and enterprise-grade memory layers.

Join IFL Toronto on March 24th, as we bring together 35 of Canada's next generation of leaders for an intimate discussion on securing the next era of domestic and global defence.
**Speaker Bio:**
**James Castle** is a global authority in advanced security systems, serving as Founder and Global Chairperson of Terranova Aerospace and Defense Group and Global Chairperson of the Cyber Security Global Alliance. His work focuses on securing the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and autonomous and uncrewed systems across defense, critical infrastructure, and civil applications.
Under Castle’s leadership, Terranova operates internationally at the intersection of AI assurance, quantum resilient security architectures, and drone and robotics systems, supporting governments, industry, and academic partners on safeguarding next-generation technologies before they are widely deployed. His teams specialize in building security by design frameworks that anticipate system misuse rather than reacting to failure.
Castle also leads global initiatives on AI trust governance, quantum safe communications, and responsible autonomy, shaping workforce development and cross-border standards through the CSGA Cyber AI Research Institute and the Center for the Safety of Artificial Intelligence. His work emphasizes human-centric security, ethical deployment, and operational resilience in environments where AI decision making, quantum systems, and autonomous platforms increasingly intersect.

Mob Programming at Mofer Coffee
Let’s do some coding together at a cafe! No more working alone in the weekend. Here, we write code together. And I mean together together. Not occupying-the-same-space-but-separate together.
Here’s how it works: Jennifer brings her mobile app project, tells everyone that it is like Pinterest for recipes and she’d like to work on the nav bar. Paul and Chloe think Jennifer's project is fascinating, and they join the group. They gather around Jennifer’s laptop and work on the nav bar for 2 hours. Jennifer is the one typing out the code while Paul and Chloe research, brainstorm, and offer suggestions.
If you’re feeling stuck on your own project or need a motivation boost, bring it to mob programming!
Want to learn by watching how others code and solve problems? Join someone else’s project at this event!
Oh and we love your half-done projects that you are a bit embarrassed to share. Absolutely bring those to the event!
**Discord**:
We use Discord to share screen & code snippets during the event. Also feel free to share your projects here before the event!
https://discord.gg/yvAGbh4PpD
**Event policy**:
* We have 0 tolerance for harassment.
* We don’t allow the projects that are not meant to be shared in public such as school assignments, interview tasks, or trade secrets.
* The goal is to write code. We discourage you from pitching business ideas here, doing code reviews, or spending the whole event on planning what to do.
* Please buy a drink, and tip the barista well.

\*\*\*Out of fairness to members who are committed to attending, if I do not receive your etransfer within 24 hours of you joining the event, your RSVP will be removed to open up space for someone else. You are free to re-join when you are ready to send the etransfer, space permitting.
STEP 2. Once you have completed STEP 1, click RSVP on the event for the room you want. If you are bringing a guest, select a +1.

Dracula's Manor

Here's the room description for this specific event page, from the website:
Re. Top Secret Mission
"Engaging in a covert mission of utmost importance, intelligence has pinpointed the vital documents we seek within the heavily fortified residence of a high-ranking officer. With the alarm system temporarily neutralized, the clock is ticking. It falls upon you and your adept team to infiltrate, secure the sensitive intel, and execute a seamless exit, leaving no trace of your presence.
The margin for error is slim. Can you and your team muster the skill and precision to Escape OK before time runs out? The mission's success rests squarely on your shoulders.”
This room is 1 hr. in length. Per tradition, we'll do optional coffee/drinks/dinner/dessert afterward if people want to hang out.
Important details about the escape rooms only:
1. We will book the spots for the escape room, so no planning needed!
2. This is a prepaid event, so you must pay the fee to join in.
3. Please arrive at the listed time. This is scheduled 15 mins ahead of the room time so that everyone can arrive, check in and sign waivers if applicable.
4. No shows or last minute cancellations after the booking has been paid for will not receive refunds due to the non-refundable nature of the escape room businesses.
5. If there is a cancellation/rescheduling of the of the event, you will receive refunds.
6. If you ever want to join an event but all of our rooms appear to be full/sold out, please message me. I can sometimes find a way to add a person or two; and if I hear from a lot of people, I may even be able to book a whole extra room for the bonus folks so they can join in the fun!
7. Please share the puzzles! We can be big groups thanks to your patronage, and sometimes escape rooms don't have multiple puzzles to work on at one time, so only a few people may be able to work on a given puzzle. Share the love! If you've been the leader on a few puzzles in a row, kindly step back and let someone else have a turn.

What If Your AI Could Be a Team? - Chad Green
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you.
The building address is 4450 Bridge Park
The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400
You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge.
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.

Casual Boardgames - make friends, then beat them in games
Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations.
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that.
We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus.
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn.
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play.
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders…
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords…
IMPORTANT:
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for.
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
