This guided ceremony will begin with Cacao; followed by two meditative shamanic Journeys. If the weather is nice, this will be held outdoors around the fire in our large fire circle. If not, we will move it to our fire indoors. We do not announce the style or direction of our journeys ahead of time as we wait to be guided with spirit and the soul of the group arriving. Some journeys take us to the lower worlds and some have us meeting with spirits from higher realms. The Phoenix DC Club of Toastmasters International congregates at the Petworth Library. Its location of 4200 Kansas Avenue is nestled within the Northwest quadrant of Washington, DC. We meet on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Spring has spring, which means we're well on our way through the Firefly Foundations class series meant to provide students the opportunity to learn about the House and about our way of being Pagan. For the fourth class of our seven-class series, we'll cover what we do to try and keep our rituals interesting. If you attended the third class, doing those same steps in the same way over and over again might get a little stale over time. So, we try to mix things up, and this video discusses a bit of how we do that while still keeping things familiar enough that folks can feel comfortable with what's going on. When you RSVP for this class, you'll be asked to provide an email address. We'll send you a link to the class video at that address as soon as possible after we receive it. We keep won't share your email with anyone ever. Watch the video before the class date and time, and come to class with any questions you might have.
