During this workshop you will be able to discover the porcelain painting. You will start by choosing a shape among our selection of porcelain (mug, plate, cup, box, etc.), then you can let your imagination run wild and decorate your piece with our special tools and paints ! You leave with your painted porcelain and the precise cooking instruction to make the final step at home. Once your porcelain cooked in a regular oven (150 °C), you will be able to wash it with the dishwacher. **Les Amis** is a women-only community of friendly souls. Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a male model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, February 11 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
