From letter-writing and making one's own seal with clay, to sharing hot soup or red lentil dahl, learning singing techniques, enjoying sound healing and meditations, exploring singing bowl techniques, sharing poetry, joining jam sessions (if its your thing - greetings fellow musicians!), sharing story, or lawful Christian knowledge (if you have it!), going for a walk or two, visiting a café or three, building stronger relationships, and expanding community networks, skills and expertise - and more! We know how it is … You've read the books and looked up stuff online … and you’re bursting with ideas and questions and you want to talk about it with someone … but … your family won’t understand, your friends won’t take you seriously … and don’t even think about talking to your workmates … That’s why, many years ago, we started Magic Saturdays to provide a safe, comfortable and very pagan space where you can immerse yourself in Witchcraft, Paganism, Magic, Spells, Rituals … everything … nothing is off-limits and there are no stupid questions. Each Saturday, apart from the obvious conversations, we try to do some magic just so you can get a feel for it. The people that come along range from complete beginners to those that have been living the pagan life for some time. It doesn’t matter. Everyone has something to contribute or some just want to soak up the atmosphere. Either way, whether you come for half an hour or the whole day you’ll feel refreshed, empowered and validated … and you may have even met some of our nature spirits. Welcome to our little badminton crew! 🏸 We’re a small non-profit community group who simply love playing badminton, staying active, and bringing people together. Everyone here volunteers their time, and any small fees just go towards court hire and shuttlecocks so we can keep the games going for everyone. All skill levels are welcome — whether you’re a beginner or have played for years. It’s all about good vibes, friendly rallies, and meeting new people who enjoy the sport.
