Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. The plan is to do a long hike in the Bernese and Luzern alps. We start in Interlaken and hike in a valley between Emmental on one side and Bernese Oberland on the other. Welcome to the Competitive Play Session. This session takes place every Saturday from 10:45 to 12:15 at the Yonex Badminton Hall Hardbrücke. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability. This session is for experienced players looking for quality games. Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies. You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session. New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

This a beginners hike for peole with little or no experience. That being said, you should still own & wear hiking shoes to be safe on the trail. We will start at a comfortable time and walk at an easy pace. The weather will be sunny with temperatures up to 18°C. Ideal conditions for a spring hike. If we still find some wild garlic in the forest, we shall forage a bit. Around lunch we will enjoy our picnic lunch and we will finish in the late afternoon – with an optional visit of a food truck festival at the end of the hike.
