Notre unicitĂ© se replie, notre expression se filtre, et notre vie devient plus petite que ce que nous portons rĂ©ellement. Le breathwork agit comme un espace de permission accordĂ©e, oĂč le corps peut enfin relĂącher ces mĂ©moires, oĂč le systĂšme nerveux peut retrouver de la sĂ©curitĂ©, et oĂč, doucement, ce qui Ă©tait retenu peut recommencer Ă  circuler. Le systĂšme nerveux ne fait pas la diffĂ©rence entre un danger rĂ©el
 et une blessure ancienne qui se rĂ©active. Une situation ordinaire qui active une ancienne mĂ©moire, et sans s'en apercevoir le corps bascule en mode survie : fuite, lutte, figement. Cela arrive Ă  chacun de nous. Non pas parce que quelque chose ne va pas — mais parce que notre systĂšme a appris Ă  nous protĂ©ger ainsi. \*\*\* Respirer peut devenir un chemin de retour. Le breathwork parle directement au corps, lĂ  oĂč la comprĂ©hension mentale ne suffit plus. En respirant consciemment, nous envoyons un message de sĂ©curitĂ© au systĂšme nerveux. Peu Ă  peu : ‱ les rĂ©actions automatiques s’apaisent ‱ le corps relĂąche ce qu’il retenait ‱ un espace de prĂ©sence s’ouvre ‱ davantage de choix devient possible Respirer devient alors un passage — de la survie
 vers la vie. \*\*\* Ce que cet espace permet : ‱ reconnaĂźtre lorsque le mode survie s’active ‱ apaiser les rĂ©ponses nerveuses liĂ©es aux blessures ‱ relĂącher les tensions inscrites dans le corps ‱ retrouver un Ă©tat de rĂ©gulation profond \*\*\* La pratique La respiration connectĂ©e est un processus de transformation qui agit Ă  la fois sur le souffle, le corps et la conscience. Le rythme est fluide et continu, ouvrant un Ă©tat de prĂ©sence oĂč tensions, Ă©motions et mĂ©moires peuvent se libĂ©rer naturellement. MCKS PRANIC HEALINGÂź Level I In PRANIC HEALINGÂź Level 1, you learn the basics of working with your energy aura, including learning to "scan," or feel the energy, to "sweep," or clean away congested energy, and to "energize," or supplement areas in your aura that have a pranic deficiency. PRANIC HEALINGÂź has been taught to doctors, nurses, massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, shiatsu practitioners, and many others in the healing field. It has allowed them to heal confidently and consistently in the shortest learning time possible. These professionals find PRANIC HEALINGÂź very effective and easy to apply. Other topics covered in PRANIC HEALINGÂź Level 1: Energetic anatomy: You will learn to work with the network of chakras, meridians and auras to accelerate the healing processes of your body.
