Update 14 May: Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be a very London-weather day, and we might end up watching clouds instead. ⛅️ We will still go ahead with the event and play it by the ear. Close the laptop and trade the screen glare for the evening glow. This is a simple, tech-free space to decompress from the work week. We’re heading to Regent’s Park to just sit, hang out on the grass, and watch the sun go down. It’s the ultimate Friday reset, giving us a chance to reconnect with nature, other women and ourselves. We’ll meet at Queen Mary's Rose Gardens for a gentle wander through the flowers and the park. As the "Golden Hour" starts, we’ll find a peaceful spot to sit, chat, and watch the sky change. No pressure and no agenda, just fresh air and good company. While we meet at the Rose Garden every time, our final "sitting spot" will change, allowing us to experience different areas of the park together. Acoustic music, poetry and storytelling. Soul Fuel Sunday is a monthly gathering of poets, storytellers and songwriters held at Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel. These intimate, unique evenings are not to be missed, offering audiences the rare opportunity to hear spoken word artists and songwriters perform completely unplugged, supported only by the natural acoustics of our gorgeous neo-Gothic Chapel walls. Tribalheart Ecstatic dance creates space for free-form movement in a chat free zone where you can dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, dancing in and out, up and down, learning to let go of anything and everything that holds you back from yourSelf and inner freedom. We can make small changes in our yards to make a BIG impact for a better environment and healthier waterways while saving money.
