This casual and informal meetup is perfect for anyone learning BSL, whether you're just starting out or looking to keep your skills sharp. Whether you have never drummed before, a beginner, or a skilled drummer, the workshop is open to all. We have such fun and play gigs in and around London as well as Penge. Gigs include local community events/festivals, support charities at the London Marathon or Royals Parks Run, fundraisers, and wider festivals. We also play with our associated group ,Tribo, from West London, where you have a chance to play at the Notting Hill Carnival every year. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
