This can be difficult to do as we all have something unique which makes us tick, whether it's facts & statistics, competition, shared goals or cooperative decision making. This workshop will focus on identifying the key drivers that motivate a team and how to present information effectively based on which driver motivates an individual the most. Finally, there will be an opportunity to speak in front of the whole group. But please don’t worry if that sounds intimidating—you will never be pushed or forced to do anything you’re not comfortable with. Even coming up and saying your name can be a victory! You are under no pressure to do anything, there are no minimum durations in speeches, all exercises are voluntary and no one will ever be put on the spot We'll be in studio 12, at the theatre deli which is 107 Leadenhall street, closest stations are bank and monument.
