Music and dancing in the Park: Shaky Ground

Let's meet at the children's playground at beckwith park.

We can head out afterwards for drink/food afterwards.

Get ready to groove! Join us for a fantastic evening of Music in the Park featuring the band Shaky Ground! They place danceable hits from different decades.

Come on down and enjoy live music in the beautiful outdoors. Shaky Ground is known for their energetic performances and a sound that will have you tapping your feet and dancing along. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, socialize, and soak up some great tunes under the open sky.

What to Bring:

• A blanket or lawn chairs for comfortable seating

• Your favorite snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic, please!). They also have food trucks there if you want to purchase food as well

• Friends, family, and good vibes!

• Sunscreen

Parking will be limited, so I suggest biking/walking/busing or park further out on side streets around that area.

Beckwith and Quadra - will be packed there unless you go really early

Woodhall and Quadra - less traffic about a 20 min walk to the park, but will have spots available (I don't think you will have problem finding spots here)

Rogers Ave and Quadra - they have some spots there but not many, but probably will be full

Rogers Ave and Rogers they will have some places to park in the cul du suc on that street and some street parking

Lily and Quadra - some spots here

Lily and Kincaid - some spots here

Killdonan and Quadra - some spots here
