• Once the icebreaker wraps up, speed dating rounds will start, with participants rotating roughly every 5 minutes.
• When the event concludes, each attendee will write a short, kind note to every other participant and may include their contact information if they wish.
• Before leaving, the host will provide everyone with the notes they received.

• Arrive by 11:45 AM to check in and settle in. Late arrivals after 12:00 PM may miss the event.

• After the icebreakers, speed dating will begin and pairs will rotate approximately every 5 minutes.
• After the event, each attendee will hand in a short kind individual note to each other attendee and include contact information if they wish
• Attendees will then receive their notes from the host before they leave
