The Beautiful Canal, Lakes and River around Oxford

Let's go with the flow on this absolutely stunning medium paced 8/9 mile walk that takes in the Oxford Canal, Thames and a beautiful secuded lake too !

Please arrive by 9.35am so as to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets to Oxford and the group will take the direct 10.18am train that arrives at Oxford at 11.15am.

Train ticket : Oxford return.

Or you may decide to drive.

The walk shall commence prompt at 11.30am.

Please bring waterproof jacket, walking shoes boots or trainers, packed lunch, water and snacks etc.

Meetup fee £8 payable in cash or £6 by Saturday in advance by bank transfer, details available upon request. No PayPal.

We shall stop for a drink around lunchtime.

Probable train back at 3.56pm that arrives back at 5.04pm.

Please make sure that you have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity and you should be fit enough to walk 2.5 miles per hour.
