We shall be staying as follows :

5 nights from Wednesday to Monday
We shall be flying Easyjet from Gatwick to / from Rennes as follows :
Wednesday 12.30pm
Monday 3.35pm
Alternatively you may wish to travel on an overnight ferry from Portsmouth on Wednesday arriving on Thursday morning and possibly returning to Britain in the same fashion.
There is no walk on Wednesday as the flight is in the afternoon.
Flight back is mid afternoon on Monday.
Make your hotel bookings on booking.com in the months to come and leave a comment to that effect on the event page.
You may wish of course to arrive a day or two earlier or return a day or two later.
We shall be taking buses, ferries and trains and maybe the odd taxi as appropriate to or from the walking routes.
There is no obligation to do all the walks.

Coastal walk by iconic Mont Saint- Michel a much acclaimed abbey that is a UNESCO site and has a counterpart in Penzance in Cornwall
Low tide is from 9.54am so the causeway will be safe to cross as soon as we arrive

Meetup fee £40 payable in advance by bank transfer ( season ticket holders : £30 )
You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.
Walking and hiking in the Great Outdoors presents certain low level risks and by rsvping to this trip you agree to undertake such risks.
We shall eat dinner at local cafes and restaurants but there shall be no group dinners.
If you make arrangements with others for restaurants or taxis you should honour it.
