Please arrive by 10am at Paddington train station by the ticket office so as to facilitate the purchase of group return train tickets for the 10.35am train that arrives at Hungerford at 11.29am after changing at Reading.

Train ticket : Return to Hungerford.

Or you may decide to drive.

The walk shall will commence immediately.

A most wonderful trip to stunning Albania to do some beautiful lake and coastal walks in this little gem of a country nestled between Croatia and Greece on the Adriatic Coast !

We shall be flying into Corfu on Saturday where we shall stay for a night although you may choose to arrive a day or two early then taking the ferry to Sarande on Sunday morning at 9.15am ( although you could take the ferry 5pm on Saturday) where we shall stay for a few days before travelling up to Tirana.

There is an option of simply flying into Tirana on Wednesday and then joining to the trip until Saturday.

There shall be some hills and undulating ground.

Meet 2.45pm for 3pm Sarande Port for private transfer to Blue Eye Lake - a most famed spot which we shall walk around for about an hour to 90 mins then have a drink and watch the sunset before returning to Sarande at 6pm

Meet Sarande Port - Bus at 9.30am or 10.30am as you wish to Butrint National Park - a famed UNESCO site - which we shall walk around before walking back to Sarande ( 10 mile walk ) or you may choose to simply walk to Ksamil before taking the bus back to Sarande

Meet Sarande Port - Visit UNESCO city of Gjiroskastra plus its castle and short river walk travelling by private transfer - meet 9.15am for 9.30am

Morning private transfer to Tirana with an option to travel via UNESCO listed Berat for long lunch stop followed by optional cable car up the mountain in Tirana for tea or dinner

Come join us for this wonderfully varied and beautiful 9 mile walk whereby we shall walk by the River Cam into Cambridge, then through Cambridge itself and finally a most idyllic walk through the water meadows to Grantchester where we shall have tea at the wondrous Orchard Tea Rooms.

We shall then take taxis back to Cambridge.

Or you may decide to walk back to Cambridge.

If you prefer you can choose to end your walk at Cambridge itself for a walk of 5 to 6 miles.

Hatton Locks are a wonderful sight and an amazing feat of engineering.

The walk will be along the various waterways of Leamington Spa starting at Mill Passage off Mill Lane passing near Warwick until the wonderful Hatton Locks along the Grand Union Canal.

We shall buy train tickets to Hatton for the 10am train that arrives at Leamington Spa at 11.27pm.

Train ticket : Return to Hatton.

A wonderful 9 to 10 mile Thames Path Walk along this fabulous stretch of Thames featuring Henley and the wonderful chocolate box of Hambleden !

We shall spend some time in Hambleden straddling lunchtime having traversed the Thames at iconic Mill Lock and walked up a gentle hill before then our walk back to Henley on the north side of the Thames.

Back in Henley we shall have a drink at a riverside pub before taking the train at 5pm from Henley as we make our way back to London.
