Mind and Mood Recharge at the Penn Museum
Details
Every once in a while it feels good to press pause in the middle of the week and do something that feeds your mind and your spirit.
Join me for Mind and Mood Recharge at the Penn Museum, an evening designed to help you slow down, explore, and reconnect in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
This special after hours experience blends art, wellness, creativity, and community. Throughout the evening there will be a variety of activities you can drop into, from yoga and sound healing to creative art projects and mindful museum experiences. You are welcome to wander at your own pace and choose the activities that speak to you.
Some of the experiences offered during the evening include:
• All levels yoga sessions combining gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness
• Sound Bath and Healing sessions designed to promote deep relaxation through soothing vibrations
• The Art of Slow Looking, a guided experience that helps you slow down and connect more deeply with museum artifacts
• Creative art activities with Project Joy Studio where you can experiment and make something beautiful without pressure
• A Wellness Marketplace featuring local vendors, gifts, crafts, and services
• The Marigold Botanical Bar serving herb infused cocktails, mocktails, and light bites
If you'd like to join me for specific activities, this is the schedule I plan to follow:
6:30 pm
The Art of Slow Looking guided session
7:15 pm
Sound Bath and Healing session
Of course, you are welcome to explore anything else that catches your interest throughout the evening.
