Belle Island Trail and Canal walk 4 miles total

Ok Everyone just in case you over indulge on that Thanksgiving feast. I will be spending TG in New York with family so that potential is very real lol...I have just the cure to minimize those holiday love handles...We will meet at 300 Tredegar street parking lot...We will first cross the foot bridge to Belle Isle and do a total of 1.6 mile loop a great view of the river rock formations Quarry Ruins and Quarry pond...We will then proceed back to our starting point and do the 2.4 mile Canal walk loop where will observe Sculptures and Murals...Bring weather appropriate gear water and a smile..
