Taylor Canyon Petroglyphs and Mines Etc

At 6:30 we'll start the hike from the 22nd Street Trailhead parking lot. We'll go south on the Bonneville Shoreline trail to Taylor Canyon where we will jump off to see Elephant rock and the petrogyphs. Then we'll proceed up the canyon to Malan's spring where we can do some gold mine spotting. We will return via the lower route so we can see the progress on the 27th St parking lot construction. Difficulty: Easy. Length: about 4 miles. Elevation gain: about 600 ft.
