We'll begin the hike at 6:30 from the Maples Trailhead, which is at the lower Snow Basin parking lot. We'll head up to Sardine Peak, circle around the summit and then return. Trail difficulty: Easy. Distance: about 6 miles. Elevation gain: 850 ft.
