What we'll do

Mental and Emotional Training will focus on helping people to be happy, learn to be optimistic, and live healthier and fulfilling lives. Time to let go and achieve success over six training sessions.

Date: August 14 - Sept 18, 2019 (every Wednesday)
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Material Cost: $30 ($15 for students)

Trainers: Tina Wong and Cyndee Chung are both registered nurses and with post-graduate training in counseling. They have 20 years experience working with university students and young adults.
