Some activities we have done in the past include:

- Berry picking

- Bike riding

- Camping

- Indoor/outdoor sport activities

- Picnics

- Health seminars (e.g. nutrition, stress management, depression recovery)

As we aim to promote health and well being, please note that all our events are smoke and alcohol free.

310 Burwood Hwy

The right care for children starting from birth continuing through childhood ensures the child’s brain grows well and reaches its full potential. Early experiences including diet & environmental exposures can deeply affect the development of brain architecture which in turn affects your child’s ability to thrive. In this health seminar, Dr. Aaron Koh will explore how you can optimise your child’s brain development. Dr. Aaron is a practicing GP in the suburb of Chadstone. A Monash Alumni and a member of Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), Dr. Aaron Koh has a special interest in preventative & lifestyle medicine. Over the past 4 years, he has been actively involved in organising and speaking for community health awareness programs in Melbourne.
