What we’re about

Hi all, I am the owner and creator of my mission is to help everyone live their best life. And this group is one of the ways I hope to help people.
This group will include weekly walks to help us all get a little bit fitter. All walks will be of different degrees of difficulty so just choose the ones that are right for you. Dogs and prams/kids are welcome on most walks.
Every now and again I will also be running workshops on health, wellness and photography my two passions in life.

Just so you know we also have a facebook group you can join. Where I share educational posts on health and wellness as well as tips, advice and recipes on healthy living
