Join us Tuesday, December 16, for two optional events—a 5 PM dinner at BBQ & Hotpot Story (3255 Cinema Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80922) and a separate group outing to the 6:40 PM showing of Hamnet (PG-13, 2025 Drama, 2h 5m). Come to dinner, both, or just the movie. This secular film follows William Shakespeare and his wife Agnes celebrating their son Hamnet’s birth, only for tragedy to inspire his timeless masterpiece Hamlet. Dinner at this 4.4-star Asian-style spot (upstairs, south side overlooking the theater) offers hotpot and hibachi: Choose 1-2 broths ($5), pick proteins ($10 each), veggies ($6 each), seafood, etc., mix your dipping sauce, and cook at your table—get whatever you want! For the movie at Cinemark Carefree Circle XD & IMAX (3305 Cinema Point), tickets are $6.38 with 10 available in rows D and E. If skipping dinner, buy ahead or from us by 6:35 PM; unpaid tickets return for credit then—after, purchase at the box office. We’ll sit together. The film ends ~8:45 PM ish.
