LIT FROM WITHIN – Embodied Photoshoot and Soulful Connections

Do you feel a little awkward in the spotlight?

This is a low pressure group activity for conscious entrepreneurs, practitioners and creators who are building their online presence.

We are going to practice feeling more comfortable in front of the camera and take pictures of each other with our cell phones.

Led by Lara Wilde, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher who helps people move through the world with wonder and grace.

Together we’ll:
• Learn simple tension-releasing techniques to use while being photographed
• Write a 5-part business conversation and practice sharing it with each other
• Share photography tips for better shots with a cell phone
• Take natural photos of each other to use on social media

You’ll walk away with more confidence, new connections and a few authentic images to help you attract the right opportunities for your work.

What to Bring:

• Your phone with camera (fully charged)
• A notebook and pen (or your phone) for the writing exercise
• A simple idea of what you’d like to share about your work
• Clothes you feel good in (something that feels like “you” and you’d be happy being photographed in)
• Optional: a second layer or accessory (jacket, scarf, etc.) if you’d like some variety in your photos
• A willingness to play, practice, and support others
