Why We Struggle in Relationships (and How to Stop Repeating the Same Patterns)

Details
Do you ever find yourself stuck in the same arguments, even when you promised it would be different this time?
In this free workshop, we’ll explore the hidden patterns that keep us stuck in cycles of conflict and disconnection. Drawing on attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), you’ll learn:
- Why relationships can feel so hard—even with people you love.
- The two most common “dance moves” couples and individuals get stuck in.
- A simple framework for breaking the cycle and reconnecting.
This is a relaxed, discussion-based event. Come with an open mind, whether you’re single, dating, or in a long-term relationship.
This group is led by Yonah Fenton, LMFT, a licensed therapist specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based approaches. My mission is to help individuals and couples build stronger, healthier connections.
Note: If RSVP numbers exceed office space, this event may be moved to a nearby community venue (e.g. library or JCC). You’ll be notified in advance if the location changes.
