Oakes Quarry and Pearl’s Fen Hike

Oakes Quarry and Pearls Fen is a cool hike. We will wander around Oakes Quarry moonscape like valley. We will throw some rocks off the cliff into the trashcan and climb the hill to see all the cool graffiti. We will hike to Pearl’s Fen and do the boardwalk to see some water springs in action (I’m pretty sure that’s what a Fen is, somebody fact-check me). Goal is to hit 5-6 miles in 2 hours so hiking about 3 mph.

Expect the snow and ice to still be out there!
