As a group discuss the pillars that support our wellbeing and allow us to volunteer our time and energy. Below our the most important areas of life to improve / maintain your wellbeing.
Sleep, exercise, fun activities, eating, connections and motivations / values driven action. Make a goal for 2026. Learn the most effective way to make a “habit” / goal in the areas that support our wellbeing.
No need to bring anything, I will have the resources for you.
