Bring a mat or towel as the grass may be wet. Wear comfortable/protective clothing as we are outdoors with possible wind/sun etc ;)
*Check map and photos to clarify location, we will be in one of the grassed avenues (south of the playground, near Davilak street)
*Event is weather dependent, check messages below on the day.
Please listen to your body on the day and decide how to participate safely. This is not an exercise class- we aim for slow steady breathing and staying within our comfort range so as to calm the mind, body and settle the nervous system.
I’m a registered yoga teacher with an interest in Somatic movement for deep healing.
