Your WHY in Practice - Purpose, Presence & Impact
Details
SA-ICF & AAC Joint Workshop
Whatever your role, coaching skills can help you create greater impact. Join us to explore your WHY, understand how you show up for others, and strengthen the way you lead, support and enable people.
Why do you do the work you do and how clearly does that come through to others?
Most of us know what we do but struggle to clearly articulate why we do it, what makes us distinctive and how that lands with others.
This interactive workshop, hosted in collaboration with the Adelaide Agile Community and International Coaching Federation (ICF), creates space to reflect on your leadership journey, reconnect with your purpose and explore the gap between intention and perception.
Through guided reflection and exchange, you’ll gain insight into:
- Your Purpose: What motivates you to support, develop and bring out the best in others? What about it lights your heart?
- Your Style: What makes the way you support, challenge and enable others uniquely yours? Why might others be drawn to working with you?
- Your Current Gap: How do you think others perceive you and the value you bring? Where is the gap between your intention and their perception, and why does it matter?
- Your Take-away: One tangible step to better align how you see yourself with how you’re perceived.
Co-facilitated by ICF and the Adelaide Agile Community, you’ll meet and interact with like-minded people from different walks of life.
This session is designed to leave you with greater clarity, confidence and language for articulating your value in an authentic way.
You don’t need “coach” in your title to use coaching skills. Come explore your WHY and how it shapes the way you lead, support and influence others.
