A Free 25-Minute Guided Anxiety Reset
This is not an educational session or discussion.
It’s simply a quiet Saturday morning reset for people who feel mentally overloaded, anxious, tense, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in constant overthinking.
For 25 minutes, you’ll be guided through a calming nervous system downshift designed to help the mind and body slow down.
No pressure.
No participation required.
You can simply listen and relax.
Cameras may remain off.
This session is intended to feel like a small gift to the nervous system. A brief space to step out of mental noise and chronic activation for a little while.
No experience with hypnosis, meditation, or breathwork is needed.
To help maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience, entry will close approximately 5 minutes after the session begins.
