A Place for Healing: Meditate with the Buddha’s Relics in San Francisco
Details
During this week, Dharma Treasury Temple invites you to meditate in the presence of the 10,000 Buddha Relics Collection— associated in Asia with calm, healing, and inner stability.
The relics include the gem-like remains of Shakyamuni Buddha and his closest disciples, carefully preserved and honored for centuries. Many practitioners find that sitting near the relics naturally supports concentration, allowing the mind to settle more easily and the body to soften.
Rather than striving for special experiences, these meditation sessions offer a simple opportunity: to sit quietly in a space that has been cultivated for clarity and care.
